We travel throughout Southern California

Based in Commerce, CA. We bring the tasting to you - at your office, event venue, hotel, or home. Travel fees may apply outside the Los Angeles metro area.

Common questions

How is pricing structured?

We price by group size. The minimum booking is $1,500 and covers groups of up to 12. Larger groups scale from there as additional preparation, product, and staffing are required to maintain the quality of the experience. Contact us for a custom quote on groups of 29 or more.

Do you come to us, or do we need a venue?

We come to you. We can host at your office, your home, a hotel event room, or any venue you've secured. All we need is a table area and power access.

How long is the tasting?

Standard tastings run 60 to 90 minutes, including the opening cocktail, guided flight, education, Q&A, and closing cocktail. We can adjust the pace based on your event schedule.

Is food provided?

We don't cater food, but we recommend pairing the tasting with light bites - charcuterie, fruit, or Mexican cuisine. We're happy to suggest pairings that complement the experience.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least two weeks' notice, though we'll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines. For large groups or holiday season events, earlier is better.

Do you travel outside the LA area?

Yes. We serve the greater Southern California region including Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire, and the San Gabriel Valley. Travel fees may apply for events more than 50 miles from Commerce, CA.

What cocktails do you serve?

Each experience includes a welcome cocktail on arrival and a signature closing serve to conclude the tasting. Both are pre-designed and fixed -- prepared as part of the educational curriculum, not ordered from a menu. Specific recipes rotate seasonally and will be shared when we confirm your booking.
