Crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Abel Martinez in Santo Domingo Albarradas, our world-class Espadín absorbs the characteristics of rich, red wine barrels for about 30 days, birthing its beautiful pink coat and accentuated taste. Combining the natural sweetness and earth tones from the agave Espadín with the dark berry notes and oak wood from the red wine barrels gives our mezcal Rosé a one-of-kind flavor with a lasting impression, as you’ll likely be asking for one more.
